Using the Big Birthing Egg Plug is very simple. We suggest that you use water based lube at all times.
For men, just lube up and get in a comfortable position. Slowly rub the Big Birthing Egg Plug around the opening of your anus and gently push the Big Birthing Egg Plug in to your anus.
Very soon you will feel the Big Birthing Egg Plug just pop in to your arse... The feeling is very out of this world.
For ladies, just insert water based Lubricant in to your vagina and then gently rub the Big Birthing Egg Plug on the out side of your vagina, gently pushing it in as you rub.
